MV Agusta Tamburini Featured in Road & Track
The 14 machines were run flat out for a full mile, and at the 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full mile marks, they were timed & speed checked. The F4-1000 Tamburini more than held its own vs. some of the fastest and most exclusive machines in the world, in fact, the only vehicle faster than the F4-1000 Tamburini in the 1/4 mile and 1/2 mile ET's, as well as the 0-100 mph tests was the Lola CHAMP car.

A follow up to Post #3: page 16 contains a lateral 'g' comparison/breakdown and shows the Tamburini excelling in both starting - off-line acceleration (tying the Lola) and end of end of run acceleration.

No wonder why a world class designer has associated his name to the bike name. Its gotto be class and perfection. You can get a BMW 330i for that amount.
